The General Terms of Sale is an agreement between Loja Aquecimento Central, a registered trademark of Ecoreflexus, Lda. located in Rua António Livramento Nº 3C Lisbon, Portugal with company ID PT508454808, Capital Social 5.000,00€  registered at CRC of Cascais with the number 508454808 em 28/01/2008   hereinafter referred by its English name‘’Loja Aquecimento Central  ’’ and customers that wish to make a purchase through the website domain www.lojaaquecimentocentral.com hereinafter referred as ‘’Customer’’.

Both parties agree that purchases made through this website are to be regulated exclusively by the present contract, excluding any conditions and/or options previously made available on the website.

ARTICLE 1 – GOAL

1. The current terms of sale have the goal of making available and defining every and any necessary information to the customer about the different order options, sales, payments and delivery of any order purchased through the website www.lojaaquecimentocentral.pt
2. These terms regulate every step necessary to make a purchase and guarantee the following of this purchase between the contracting parties.

ARTICLE 2 – ORDER

1. The customer can purchase a product through the Purchasing module available in the website hereinafter referred to as ‘’Shopping Cart’’ by selecting the option ‘’Add to Cart’’ available in any product displayed on the website ‘’ www.lojaaquecimentocentral.com ‘’;
2. For the shipment of their Order, the Customer must:
   1. Register on the website www.lojaaquecimentocentral.com, filling in every required field with the appropriate information.
   2. Log in (using the Customer’s email and password previously chosen in the registration form)
   3. Fill in any additional information required and choose the options available when filling out the ‘’Order Details’’ form ( Shipping address and Billing address, Shipping Option, Payment Option )
3. The completion of the order by the Customer is tantamount to fully accepting the prices and descriptions of the products available for purchase as well as the complete and full agreement of the general terms of sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract when fulfilled and concluded.
4. The Loja Aquecimento Central will honour any order received online within stock limitations. In case a product is out-of-stock or is not available at the time, the  Loja Aquecimento Central commits itself to inform the Customer as soon as it is possible.

ARTICLE 3 – DELIVERY

1. Delivery of an Order will be made only through the options made available to the Customer in the website www.lojaaquecimentocentral.com.
2. Delivery will not be made to a PO or Postal Code Boxes.
3. The Loja Aquecimento Central commits itself to the delivery of any product purchased as soon as possible. Delivery times present in a product page or description are merely indicative and may not reflect actual delivery times. Product availability is based on supplier delivery, and as such, we do not guarantee the future supply of a Product. Loja Aquecimento Central will always work hard to meet delivery times. The Loja Aquecimento Central, expecting any delay in the delivery of an order, will inform the customer of such a delay and will offer a contract waiver option to the Customer. If the customer does not wish to use this option, The Loja Aquecimento Central assumes that the Customer maintains an interest in the transaction and gives their full consent for the order to be delivered at a later date outside of the initial delivery schedule.
4. To follow an order in transit, the customer must access the online customer support platform where they can send an email in which they can ask for an update on the location of their order.
5. Processing: It is understood by Processing the time frame in which the product is ready for Delivery. On an order with two or more products with different availabilities, processing times might differ. Availability can be checked on the product page.

ARTICLE 4 – PAY

 Loja Aquecimento Central has the following payment options:

·Paypal

The Customer will pay a total sum corresponding to the handling, packaging and shipment fees of an Order.

The Loja Aquecimento Central guarantees the privacy and security of all received user data.

When confirming the order, the customer will receive a shipping note by email, and the official commercial transaction document will later be delivered, in the form of an invoice or receipt.

The data entered in the account creation process or in the form will be copied to the invoice or invoice/receipt and is therefore the sole responsibility of the customer.

Once issued, the invoice or receipt cannot be reissued.

ARTICLE 5 – PRICES

1. All prices are displayed in Euros, with taxes and tariffs included and VAT in accordance with current Portuguese regulations.
2. If a change is made to the price list of the available products, such change will warrant an update to the prices displayed for Products on the website. Such an update might imply a change in an ongoing order total sum. If such a situation occurs, the customer will be informed immediately and given the option to continue the order process (by paying the difference) or cancel the order.
3. The prices displayed in the ‘’ Confirm Order’’ tab are always up to date, however, said prices can only be considered valid if they are visible on a refreshed page of the website (cache or non-refreshed pages might not display current prices). The displayed price is guaranteed only after the order is properly registered.

ARTICLE 6 – DISCOUNTS AND SALES

1. Instant On-Sale
   1. Instant On-Sale discounts are price reductions in effect during a time frame and should only be considered valid while active and visible on a refreshed page of the website(cache or non-refreshed pages might not display up-to-date discounted prices). The displayed On-Sale discount is only guaranteed in these conditions and only after the order is properly registered.
   2. To guarantee access to the price reduction that Discounts offer, you need to add your product to the ‘’Shopping Cart’’ and ‘’Checkout’’. The Loja Aquecimento Central only guarantees a price reduction for three days, starting from when the Customer first confirms their order.

ARTIGO 7 – WARRANTY AND RETURNS

1. Any order contract made through the website  www.lojaaquecimentocentral.com can be freely resolved under the terms of Article 6º Decree-Law nº 143/2001, 26th of April. To the desired effect, the Customer must return his order in 15 days maximum, starting from the day they received the order, and only after contacting customer support, available to the Customer on the website www.lojaaquecimentocentral.com.
2. The refund process is simple, and the customer should always contact www.lojaaquecimentocentral.com before.   
3. The Loja Aquecimento Central does not accept any returned item that comes with shipping costs or requires cash on delivery, committing itself to refund the customer in 30 Days maximum, starting from the day of the reception of the returned order.
4. Any shipped item that has been returned must be so in pristine condition as when first shipped to the Customer.
5. Products shipped for Free or sent as gifts will not be refunded.

ARTICLE 8 – COMPLAINTS

1. Customers can take their complaints to Ecoreflexus, Lda., located in Rua António Livramento, Nº 3C Loja G 1600-371 LISBOA.

ARTICLE 9 - LIABILITY

1. Loja Aquecimento Central is not liable for any problems or damages caused by the customer’s Internet usage, such as Denial of Services, Outside Intrusions and Anomalies caused by computer viruses or other external forces.

ARTICLE 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. All the content in the website www.lojaaquecimentocentral.com is the intellectual property of Ecoreflexus Lda, and it cannot be copied or reproduced, except when express consent from the Proprietor is given to facilitate viewing the content online.
2. The content on this website is made using internal and external sources, for which the Central Vacuum Shop takes no responsibility for outdated or/and inaccurate information.
3. Every text, image, illustration, photo, brand and any other element of www.lojaaquecimentocentral.com is protected by Law.

ARTICLE 11 – PROOF

1. Both contracting parties agree that the computer records, kept in the Loja Aquecimento Central electronic Log system in reasonably secure conditions, can constitute as proof of communications, orders and payments made by both parties.

ARTICLE 12 – TRANSACTION LOG

1. The archive of all orders and invoices is stored using reliable, secure and long-lasting support.

ARTICLE 13 – APPLICABLE LAW AND INSTITUTIONS

1. Any applicable law related to the contract made through the website www.lojaaquecimentocentral.com is under Portuguese regulatory law.
2. Any and all conflicts derived from any contract made through the website www.lojaaquecimentocentral.com can only be resolved through the appropriate agent under Portuguese Law herein named Tribunal da Comarca de Lisboa, with complete rejection and non-acceptance of any other agent or court of Law.

ARTICLE 14 - LANGUAGE

The native language of this store is Portuguese. In case of discrepancies in the information provided in this shop, the Portuguese language prevails.
