1.     Responsible Data Processing

Ecoreflexus, Lda. Headquartered at Rua António Livramento nº 3C in Lisbon, holder of taxpayer nº PT508454808 is responsible for the processing of personal data from the “Central Heating Shop”, hereinafter referred to as LAQC, and can be contacted by email to geral@lojaaquecimentocentral.pt and by phone (+351) 216 004 321. (National landline call)

LAQC is an electronic store that sells products for central heating Electrico and can be accessed through the domain www.lojaaquecimentocentral.com.

The data collection and processing that we carry out comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016.


2.     Rights of data subjects

Data subjects have the rights to:

   • Information - the LAQC data subject has the right to be informed about the data we collect and how we process it. That information is grouped in this privacy policy;

 • Access - LAQC data holder has the right to access his personal data. Access to personal data can be done through access to the customer area of ​​our store, with the insertion of the user data and password chosen when registering at our store;

• Rectification, deletion, limitation or portability - the LAQC data holder has the right to request the rectification, deletion, treatment limitation, and portability of his personal data upon request by email addressed to LAQC, and case by case, according to the data category concerned.

• Opposition - LAQC data holder has the right to object to the processing of data for overriding, and legitimate reasons, duly explained in writing, sent by email addressed to LAQC;

• Notification - LAQC data holder assists with the duty to be notified of the data processing whenever it occurs in situations not provided for in this policy;

• Automated processing - LAQC data subject has the right that decisions made based on “automated processing” that concern them or that significantly affect them and that are based on their personal data are taken by individuals and not just by computers. You also have the right, in this case, to express your point of view and to challenge the decision.

• Right of complaint - LAQC data subject has the right to complain about how his data is treated to the LAQC Data Processing Officer identified above in the first instance or to the National Data Protection Commission (www.cnpd.pt) in the second.


3. Data categories

The categories of data collected by LAQC are:

    •  Data for billing;

    •  Data for contacts;

    •  Data for shipping goods;

    •  Data for a newsletter;


4.     Data collection and purpose

The customer enters the data we collect through our store at the time of purchase.

    • The billing data are collected with the purpose of being able to carry out the commercial transaction and, accordingly, issue a legal billing document on behalf of the client;

    • The contact details are collected for the purpose of communicating with the customer in the pre-purchase and post-purchase period, as well as in the future situation of technical assistance, return or complaint;

    • The data for sending goods is collected to allow the goods to be sent whenever the address in question is different from the address used for billing;

    • The data for the newsletter is collected for the purpose of sending commercial information to the customer;


5.     Data Processing

Data processing occurs after a customer's purchase order (billing data categories, contacts and shipments) or after subscribing to our newsletter (data category for a newsletter);


6.     Safety in the treatment

The collected data are recorded in a database in the LAQC store software. Access to the store's administration panel, access to the accommodation's control panel and access to the database manager are provided with high-security passwords.

The accommodation has an updated security certificate installed.

Backup copies of the accommodation are made daily for redundancy purposes and fortnightly for system replacement.

Locally the data is stored on an Ecoreflexus computer located at our headquarters. This computer is equipped with a password for access and for resumption after inactivity, a firewall and an antivirus program. This computer is periodically backed up to an external hard drive.

The management and billing software where the data is inserted is configured with access levels, and only the company manager can change or delete any customer data. The accesses to the software in question are individual and made by a password.


7.     Data Transmission

In some product categories and/or brands, we may transmit customer identification data (Billing Data category) to manufacturers and/or representatives for product warranty purposes.

In no case are data transmitted to third parties.


8.     Data Retention

We keep the data for the periods mentioned below:

    • The billing data is kept indefinitely in our billing software;

    • The contact details are kept for up to 3 years after the end of the guarantees for the equipment sold;

    • The data for sending goods are kept up to 3 years after the last shipment of goods;

    • The data for the newsletter are kept permanently unless the client requests it to be deleted.


9.     Updates

Our privacy policy can be changed without prior notice, immediately updated in the Privacy Policy link at the bottom of our store. You should consult the latest version each time you access our store and/or make a purchase.

Present changes do not affect purchases and/or other business relationships made in the past or progress.
